My little family just got back from a few days away at my Mom's Indiana lake cottage. The dogs enjoyed being outside all day long, swimming sunbathing and kayaking.
We camped, cooked hot dogs over the campfire, explored the interconnected lakes and creeks by kayak, watched the Great Blue Herons, Leather Back Turtles and Deer go about their daily business and relaxed by the water. It was a wonderful little break from city life and I can't wait to do it again. I'm feeling refreshed and still smelling the lingering campfire in my hair.
